2nd LIer charged in deadly Penn Station shooting
News 12 Long Island has learned that a second Long Island man has been charged in the deadly shooting near Penn Station earlier this month.
Police say Francisco Alsina, of Mastic, is charged with murder and attempted murder.
The morning rush hour shooting left one man dead and two others wounded.
The second Long Island man, Vincent Arcona, of Medford, was arrested 10 days ago.
Arcona is charged with tampering with evidence.
Police believe the incident started with a dispute over drugs.
