A judge ordered one of the seven suspects accused of brutally stabbing a Bronx teen to death held without bail Monday.
Kevin Alvarez, 19, faces charges of murder, manslaughter, gang assault and felony assault in the death of 15-year-old Lesandro Guzman-Feliz -- who went by the name Junior.

New Jersey police have detained six other men in connection to the case, and they are due to have extradition hearings Tuesday.
As News 12 has reported, surveillance video captured the brutal attack that killed Guzman-Feliz Wednesday night in Belmont. In the video, which has been widely shared across social media, a group of men can be seen dragging the teen out of a bodega before stabbing and slashing him with knives and a machete.
"The family of my client has expressed that their hearts go out to the victims in this case," says Manuel Portela, Alvarez's defense lawyer. "But we are going to ask the public to allow for the judicial process to take its place and move forward in this case in a way that's just and fair for my client."
Officials say the suspects are all alleged gang members. Police say they believe the group mistook Guzman-Feliz for someone appearing in an online sex tape that also showed one of their relatives.
Police say they apprehended all seven suspects Sunday -- three of them while hiding out in a house in Paterson, New Jersey.
The men still in New Jersey are Bronx residents Jose Taverez, 21, Manuel Rivera, 18, Danel Fernandez, 21, and Santiago Rodriguez, 24, as well as Jose Muniz, a 21-year-old from New Jersey, and Joniki Martinez, a 24-year-old from Freeport, New York.
Alvarez is due back in court Friday.
